1. About Blind Eye
Welcome to Blind Eye Creative Collective ("Blind Eye," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Blind Eye website and your purchase of products from Blind Eye.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Products
Blind Eye products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizing information, and prices are accurate. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or display.
Because our products are made to order, product availability and fulfillment times may occasionally change.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the products in your cart.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the canceled portion of the order.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5. Payment
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Blind Eye does not directly store complete payment card information.
6. Shipping
Orders are produced and fulfilled through Printful.
Shipping times and costs depend on the destination, shipping method, product, and fulfillment configuration.

7. Returns & Refunds
Because Blind Eye products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, incorrect colors, changes of mind, or products that are no longer wanted.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or qualifying lost orders may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property
The Blind Eye name, logos, and other original materials associated with Blind Eye are owned by or licensed to Blind Eye unless otherwise stated.
You may not distribute, sell, or commercially use Blind Eye's intellectual property without permission.
9. User-Submitted Content
Blind Eye may allow users and creators to submit artwork, photographs, designs, or other creative content.
By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
Any additional permissions granted to Blind Eye for displaying, promoting, or featuring submitted work will be described at the point of submission or in the applicable submission terms.
You remain responsible for the content you submit.
10. Website Use
You agree not to use the Blind Eye website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
11. Third-Party Services
Blind Eye uses third-party services, including Shopify and Printful, to operate portions of the website, process orders, process payments, and fulfill products.
These services may have their own terms, policies, and conditions.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
